Why we started Simbyte

Simbyte Technologies started with a straightforward frustration our founders had seen repeatedly as engineers and consultants: too many software projects fail not because of bad technology choices, but because of unclear ownership, vague scope, and communication that only happens when something’s already gone wrong.

We built Simbyte around the opposite of that experience — a small, senior team that takes direct ownership of outcomes, communicates in plain language, and treats your product’s long-term maintainability as seriously as its launch date.
